2048 PvP is a mobile puzzle game that allows users to compete in real-time PvP matches using Solana wallet authentication. The App includes matchmaking, leaderboards, and bot matches.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

• You must connect a valid Solana wallet to play PvP matches.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet.
• You may not use another user's wallet address.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software to gain an unfair advantage
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to disrupt or overload our servers

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including graphics, code, and game mechanics, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the App, you consent to the display of such advertisements.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
